How can you delete your account and what happens to your data?

How Do I Delete My Account?

To permanently delete your account, you must use the Defter360 mobile app. You can initiate the deletion process by following these steps within the app:

Open the app and log in.

Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.

Click the Delete My Account button at the bottom of the menu.

Confirm the deletion in the confirmation window that appears.

Caution: When you delete your account, this action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

What Data is Deleted?

When you delete your account, all your data listed below will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Profile information (Name, Email, Profile photo)
  • All saved settings data
  • All your financial records (Income, Expense, Cash, Bank)
  • Check, bond, and loan records
  • Customer and supplier (Current account) records
  • All reports and historical data

Data Retention Policy

Once the account deletion is complete, your data is immediately deleted from our active database. Copies in our backup systems are automatically cleared within 30 days. No data is stored except for legal obligations.
